What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their risks and choose the right protection for their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and goals.
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products.
- Generate and follow up on leads from referrals, marketing, and agency opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and team development.
- Build referral relationships that increase both customer value and your income.
This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales. We focus on education, trust, and helping customers make informed decisions.
What Success Looks Like:
You’ll always know what’s expected because we believe great coaching requires clear goals.
Successful team members:
- Consistently create quality conversations with prospective customers.
- Quote at least three new households each day.
- Produce approximately 50 new applications each month.
- Write at least two life insurance policies monthly.
- Build referral relationships that generate future business.
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications
We’re looking for people who are:

- Willing to obtain Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses immediately
No insurance experience is required.
Sales experience is helpful but not necessary.

Expected first-year earnings:
$60,000–$100,000+
Compensation includes:
