What You’ll Do Every Day:
  • Consult & Protect: Have meaningful, needs-based conversations to uncover clients’ financial protection gaps and recommend tailored insurance plans.
  • Grow Your Book: Focus on acquiring new households using provided leads — and unlock your highest earning potential by generating your own referrals and prospects.
  • Hit Your Goals: Quote a minimum of 3 new households daily to keep your pipeline strong and commissions flowing.
  • Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting platforms to streamline your sales process and connect with clients efficiently.
  • Pure Sales Focus: Minimal administrative or service work — your role is dedicated to selling and building relationships.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Consistently quote at least 3 new households daily.
  • Achieve a minimum of 30 new applications per month, including at least 2 life insurance policies.
  • Ramp up quickly — with our comprehensive training, you’ll be quoting and earning commissions within two weeks!
